About
Zeodyn™ is the first platform for assessing whether AI agents can find, evaluate, trust, and transact with your business. Built by Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd., registered in England and Wales.
AI agents are becoming the fastest-growing channel for discovery, evaluation, and purchasing in commerce. McKinsey estimates generative AI could unlock $2.6–4.4 trillion in annual value across industries, with agent-mediated commerce positioned to capture a significant share. The shift is happening now.
Most businesses are invisible to these agents. Their websites are built for human browsers, not machine comprehension. Product data is locked in visual layouts. Commerce capabilities are hidden behind JavaScript. Security signals that build human trust are absent from machine-readable channels.
Zeodyn™ answers a simple question: can AI agents do business with you? And if not, it tells you exactly what to fix.
Zeodyn was founded by Gareth Sharp through Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd. in February 2026 to address a gap no one was measuring: whether AI agents can actually do business with e-commerce websites.
The Agent Commerce Stack™ methodology was developed through three waves of research covering 23 investigative angles and over 150 sources — from OECD composite index theory and JRC guidelines to the latest UCP and ACP protocol specifications. The scoring engine uses weighted geometric aggregation (the same approach as the UN Human Development Index) with fail gates for critical requirements.
Zeodyn is based in England and operates as an independent, bootstrapped SaaS platform.
Six independently scored dimensions covering the full agent commerce pipeline. Competitors use single-score approaches.
Weakness in any dimension pulls the composite score down. You can’t hide gaps behind strengths elsewhere.
Full framework transparency, addressing the number one criticism of ESG-style ratings: methodological opacity.
Built to academic composite index construction standards, not marketing heuristics.
Improving your Zeodyn Score™ means genuinely becoming more ready for AI agent commerce.
At the core of Zeodyn is the Agent Commerce Stack™ — a six-dimension methodology for assessing AI agent commerce readiness. It covers the full pipeline an AI agent follows: discovery, data comprehension, commerce signals, protocol support, security verification, and technical performance.
The methodology draws on three waves of academic and industry research, synthesising over 150 sources. Scores are aggregated using a weighted geometric mean — the same approach used by the UN Human Development Index — ensuring that critical weakness in any single dimension cannot be masked by strength elsewhere.
Our methodology is published openly because we believe transparency builds trust. You can read the full scoring framework, dimension definitions, and governance model.
The Zeodyn Scanner™ is our first product — an assessment tool that scans any publicly accessible URL across all six dimensions:
Explore Scanner features or read the full documentation for details on every capability.
Our methodology is published openly, addressing the number one criticism of ESG-style ratings. You can see how scores are calculated, what each dimension measures, and how the aggregation works.
Improving your Zeodyn Score™ means genuinely becoming more ready for AI agent commerce. The scoring methodology penalises imbalance and enforces fail gates on critical requirements.
We only scan publicly observable data — the same information available to any AI agent visiting your site. This is a legally established practice that requires no special access.
Built to OECD composite index standards and validated against academic frameworks. Geometric aggregation, fail gates, and non-compensatory scoring ensure methodological integrity.
Scan data belongs to you. We do not sell, share, or publish your results. No third-party analytics or tracking cookies.
Agent-mediated commerce is not a future prediction — it is happening now. Zeodyn is building the infrastructure for how commerce works with AI agents. We measure readiness, track progress, and provide the tools businesses need to participate in this new channel.
We’re just getting started. The Scanner is our first product, with more to come. For press enquiries and media resources, visit our press page.
