Trademark Usage Guidelines

1. Our trademarks

The following are trademarks of Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd., a company registered in England and Wales (trading as “VFS” and operating the “Zeodyn” brand). All trademark rights are asserted worldwide.

• Zeodyn™ — the brand name for our agent commerce readiness platform. First used in commerce: February 2026.
• Zeodyn Score™ — the composite metric (1–100) measuring agent commerce readiness. First used in commerce: February 2026.
• Agent Commerce Stack™ — the six-dimension framework for assessing agent commerce readiness. First used in commerce: February 2026.

The Zeodyn™ logo and all associated visual identity elements are also the property of Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd. These trademarks are protected under common law, and registration applications under the Nice Classification (Classes 9, 35, and 42) are being pursued through the UK Intellectual Property Office and international trademark systems.

2. Permitted use

You may reference our trademarks without prior written permission in the following circumstances, provided you comply with these guidelines:

• Editorial and journalistic use: Referring to Zeodyn™, the Zeodyn Score™, or the Agent Commerce Stack™ in news articles, blog posts, reports, and analysis.
• Academic and research use: Citing the methodology or referencing score data in academic papers, conference presentations, and research publications.
• Descriptive use: Describing your own Zeodyn Score™ or referencing the framework when discussing your agent commerce readiness (e.g. “Our site scored 78 on the Zeodyn Score™”).

3. Attribution requirements

When referencing our trademarks, you must:

• Use the ™ symbol on first mention of each trademark in any document or page (e.g. “Zeodyn Score™”, “Agent Commerce Stack™”).
• Include the following attribution notice at least once in any publication that references our trademarks: “Zeodyn™, Zeodyn Score™, and Agent Commerce Stack™ are trademarks of Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd.”
• Not alter, abbreviate, or modify our trademark names (e.g. do not use “Z-Score”, “Zeo Score”, or “ACS Framework”).
• Use our trademarks only as adjectives followed by the generic product descriptor (e.g. “Zeodyn Score™ metric” not “Zeodyn Score™” as a noun standing alone), where practical.

4. Prohibited use

You may not, without our prior written consent:

• Use any Zeodyn trademark in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation with Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd.
• Incorporate any Zeodyn trademark into your own product names, service names, domain names, social media handles, or app names.
• Use the Zeodyn logo or visual identity elements in any form.
• Modify, distort, translate, or recolour any Zeodyn trademark or logo.
• Use any Zeodyn trademark in a manner that is misleading, defamatory, or that disparages Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd. or its products.
• Create derivative works, frameworks, or scoring systems based on our methodology and present them as your own or as associated with Zeodyn.
• Resell, sublicence, or commercially redistribute Zeodyn Score™ data, reports, or scan results without a written licence agreement.
• Register or attempt to register any trademark, domain name, or social media account that incorporates or is confusingly similar to any Zeodyn trademark, in any jurisdiction worldwide.

5. Methodology and intellectual property

The Agent Commerce Stack™ methodology is published at zeodyn.com/methodology as a commitment to transparency. The published framework, dimensions, sub-checks, and aggregation approach may be referenced and cited with appropriate attribution.

The following remain proprietary intellectual property and trade secrets of Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd. and may not be reproduced, reverse-engineered, or derived without written consent:

• Exact dimension weights and sub-check weights
• Scoring curve parameters and calibration data
• Scanner source code and implementation details
• Internal scoring algorithms and data processing logic

6. Copyright

All content published by Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd., including the methodology documentation, website content, framework descriptions, scoring system documentation, blog posts, and visual design elements, is protected by copyright under the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works (1886) and applicable national copyright laws in over 180 member states. © 2026 Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd. Scan results, score data, and the aggregated datasets produced by the Zeodyn Scanner™ constitute a database protected under the Copyright and Rights in Databases Regulations 1997 (implementing Directive 96/9/EC) and equivalent international database protection laws. Systematic extraction or re-utilisation of substantial parts of this data is prohibited without written consent.

7. Prior art

The publication of the Agent Commerce Stack™ methodology at zeodyn.com/methodology on 16 February 2026 constitutes published prior art under international intellectual property law. This publication establishes the date and authorship by Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd. of the six-dimension framework, geometric aggregation approach, fail gate mechanism, scoring pipeline, score band definitions, and governance model.

8. Enforcement

Virtual Factory Solutions Ltd. actively monitors the use of its trademarks and intellectual property worldwide. We reserve the right to take action against any unauthorised or non-compliant use in any jurisdiction, including requesting removal of infringing content, filing takedown notices, opposing conflicting trademark applications, and pursuing legal remedies where necessary.
