Team Workspaces

Growth — Team workspaces let you collaborate on AI agent commerce assessment with colleagues. Share scan results, watched sites, and batch scans with up to 5 team members.

Creating a workspace

Navigate to Dashboard → Team to create a new workspace. Give your workspace a name and you become its owner. Only one workspace can exist per account, and the owner’s subscription tier governs all team access.

Inviting members

Invite team members by email address. Each invitee receives an email with a secure invitation link. Invitations are valid until accepted or removed.

Roles

Team members can have one of two roles:

• Admin: Can invite and remove members, manage watched sites, run scans, and view all team data.
• Member: Can view shared data, run scans, and contribute to the team’s watched sites. Cannot invite or remove other members.

The workspace owner has full control and cannot be removed from the team.

What’s shared

Team members share the following resources:

• Scan results — all scans performed by team members are visible to the team
• Watched sites — the team watchlist is shared (separate from personal limits)
• Batch scans — batch scan results are visible to all team members

Accepting invitations

When you receive an invitation email, click the Accept Invitation link. If you don’t have a Zeodyn account, you will be prompted to create one first. Your account does not need a paid subscription — the workspace owner’s tier covers all team features.
